  • Check-in after 3:00 PM
  • Check-out before 11:00 AM

 

MINIMUM NIGHTS STAY

  • A two-night minimum stay is required

 

INCLUSIONS

  • Villa rate includes Service Charge & Government tax
  • WiFi in villa and throughout the property
  • In-villa provided drinking water
  • Daily breakfast
  • Transfer within the Amed area
  • 2 sunbeds & umbrella on Lipah beach
  • 1 scooter
  • Laundry service

 

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT DETAILS

For bookings made more than two months from the date of arrival:

  • 50% of the room rate is payable at the time of booking.
  • The remaining 50% is payable 14 days before the arrival date.

In case of booking less than two months before the arrival date:

  • 100% of the accommodation price is payable upon booking.


Internet bank transfers and Indonesian rupiah cash or EUR are accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation made one month from the date of arrival: 100% cancellation fee.
  • In case of booking less than one month before the arrival date, a 100% cancellation fee applies to any cancellation or no-show.
  • No refund will be given for no-shows or days not used resulting in early check-out.

 

EXTENUATING CIRCUMNSTANCES & REFUNDS

In the event travel to Indonesia is not possible within 14 days of the check-in date due to official Indonesian or country of origin travel restrictions, airport closures due to pandemics, epidemics, official natural disasters, civil unrest, or war, we will refund the reservation value received less bank charges of 5%.

No refunds due to cancelled, missed, or re-routed flights, unmet COVID-19 vaccine requirements, testing related issues such as a positive PCR test that delays or suspends travel, or any visa or passport related issues.
